What is the standard shipping timeframe for orders?
Most in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Custom engraved bats or personalized gear may require an additional 5-7 business days for production before shipping.
Do you offer a warranty on your baseball and softball bats?
Yes, our metal and composite bats typically come with a 12-month limited warranty against structural defects. Please note that wood bats do not carry a warranty due to the nature of the material.
What is your return policy for unused gear?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Custom-made products and used equipment are generally not eligible for return.
How do I determine the right bat size for my player?
We provide a comprehensive sizing chart on each product page. Generally, we recommend measuring from the center of the chest to the tips of the fingers to find the ideal length.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
